ClickFit EVO universal plate clamp

The ClickFit EVO universal panel clamp is made of high-quality steel with a special Magnelis coating for optimal corrosion resistance. The ClickFit EVO panel clamp is suitable for all common solar modules with a thickness between 30 and 50 mm. Thanks to its clever design, the universal panel clamp can be used both as a center clamp and as an end clamp (in combination with the end cap). The universal EVO module clamp penetrates the top layer of the solar module, ensuring that the solar modules are electrically connected to each other (important for grounding the system).

ESDEC's gray universal panel clamp is suitable for pitched roofs and clicks onto the system's two upper mounting rails. Slide the end clamp bracket onto the mounting rails and the panel clamp, and rotate the lip of the panel clamp away from the panel. Then slide the module onto the upper mounting rails, against the two end clamp brackets, so that the module clamp fits over the solar module. Ensure that the end of the mounting rail protrudes 20 to 30 mm from the panel, and then screw the clamps tightly. Finally, click the universal panel clamps onto the mounting rails. Do not permanently screw the clamps to the mounting rail until the entire panel field is installed.
